Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from date order is placed and approved. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Ship dates are pending on item availability. Our normal shipping procedures are UPS Ground, 5-7 business days but we do honor all overnight, air mail or other shipping requests should you prefer.
If you are in the New Orleans area, local pickup is available for all orders. Simply send us an email at jolie@jolieandelizabeth.com or
call our office at 1 800 391 5545 to schedule your pickup.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
Jolie & Elizabeth accepts checks, all major credit cards including American Express, Visa and Master Card.
When paying by check, an order is shipped once the payment has been received and posted by our bank, usually within 48 hours of deposit. We also accept venmo or cashapp, please email jolie@Jolieandelizabeth.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We ship anywhere and everywhere.
Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain styles. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
Return Policy
At Jolie & Elizabeth, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition with hang tags within 5 days and receive company credit, less shipping costs. Please note, merchandise returned after 5 days will not be accepted.

Do you have a storefront?
We did for several years, we also had a factory for a few years, as well as a retail space. Our company is forever organically growing and catering to this market of SLOW fashion (not fast fashion) and AMERICAN MADE. As of now, we only wholesale on special terms, you can email jolie@jolieandelizabeth.com
Is Elizabeth still with the company?
No, she left the company in 2017 and her duties were replaced by Jolie's daughter, Georgia. Miss Georgia is a creative force, brings wonderful energy to our company and remains part co owner and stylist. As an 11 year old boss, she runs the show!
Do you wholesale?
As of now, we only wholesale on special terms, you can email jolie@jolieandelizabeth.com
But normally no, we will not increase our prices to match a specialty boutique's 2.5 markup. We like to set our own prices, according to the actual cost to make a garment, not a Made in China cheap cost.
