How to shop online?
Select the style you like by clicking, "Add to Cart" beneath each style, on our SHOP page.
You may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the right of items. Should you encounter issues with adjusting quantities or styles, try refreshing the website.
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. Simply click, "Check Out" at the bottom of the Shopping Cart.
At this point, you will be directed the Paypal's website. If you are registered with Paypal, log in to continue .
If you would rather not register with Paypal, you can still complete the one time transaction by clicking, "Continue" at the bottom left of the Paypal website.

Which forms of payment do you accept?
Jolie & Elizabeth accepts checks, all major credit cards including American Express, Visa and Master Card.
When paying by check, an order is completed and shipped once the payment has been received and posted by our bank, usually within 48 hours of deposit.

Delivery Time
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process and ship your order.
Ship dates are pending on item availabilty. Our normal shipping procedures are UPS Ground, 5-7 business days but we do honor all overnight, air mail or other shipping requests should you prefer. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain styles. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
Return Policy
At Jolie & Elizabeth, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition with hang tags within 10 days and receive company credit, less shipping costs. Please note, merchandise returned after 10 days will not be accepted.
All returns and exchanges require a return authorization number.
